The difference can be clarified by entropy (the second rule of thermodynamics).
The reaction is more spontaneous with higher entropy, for the reactions that occur spontaneously the entropy is higher than for the ones that do not.

A reaction that happens spontaneously does not need any input of energy. A reaction that does not happen spontaneously does need some input of energy. Energenitcally, a spontaneous reaction will have a negative value for ∆G (Gibbs Free Energy), and a non spontaneous reaction will have a positive value.

What is the difference between exergonic and endergonic reaction?

Endergonic takes energy in to make a reaction. Exergonic releases energy when the reaction happens. An example of endergonic would be when plants use photosynthesis. Carbon dioxide and water molecules would be the reactants and when the plant absorbs energy like the sun, the turn it into sugar molecules that are high in energy. An example of an exergonic reaction would be wood burning. Heat and light is released.

What the difference between reaction and response?

A reaction is what happens to the body when a stimulus is applied, a response is what happens next; i.e a stimulus illicits a reaction which illicits a respose. For example, glucose in the blood (a stimulus) causes the pancreas to release insulin (a reaction), which in turn causes the cells to take up glucose from the blood (a response).
