Is Allah a male or female?

Allah did not have a son. For a god to have a son is un-godly and will therefore wil not make him a god. He has mentioned in the Quran is Surah Ikhlas, Surah No. 112,Verse No. 3: "He begot not, nor was He begotten." (He didn't give birth, nor was He born.

However, Allah is more representative to God because Allah has no plural as the word Gods and has no gender as the words Gods and Goddess

Allah is of no Gender.

Allah is the creator of all the universe, mankind, the skies, the earth, what is in between and what is underneath. Allah is the Creator of what we know and what we don't. God created the Gender for reproduction of mankind and other God creators. God has no father, no mother, no son, no daughter, no companion, no partner, and no associate. So, could you find logic for the Creator to have a gender male or female?

Allah(SWT) is neither male nor female. Allah describes Himself in the Qur'an Surah Al Ikhlas112) that He is unique and does not resemble His creation.So he is neither of the two genders.

In the Arabic, one uses "Hu" to refer to Allah--it's gender neutral...neither he nor she...neither male nor female. Probably the best translation into English would be "It" but as that is seen as somewhat disrespectful, most use the default "He", similar to what is done in "The Bible." This does seem to associate Allah(swt) with a male God via default--which is misleading. One could use He/She to remind oneself that God is neither exclusively male nor female--and exhibits characteristics of both.
