Plutonium was discovered at Berkeley, USA in 1940.

Canada joined the United States in the Afghanistan War because they saw Al-Qaeda as directly responsible for the events of September 11th and felt that it was their duty to help America defend itself. However, due to strong Canadian Anti-Iraq War sentiment, Canada refused to actively join the Iraq Coalition unless it was sanctioned by the United Nations. As it was not, they did not join. Note: There are currently no foreign troops in Iraq from the Coalition anyway (including the United States) which is another reason why there are no Canadian troops there.
Canada had one site on the Chalk River in Ontario that was used in part of the production of the atomic bombs. A river was needed that could supply enough water for use in the formation of plutonium and uranium. The Chalk River met that parameter. I have added website for you to read about this.
Any trace; all was a hoax created by Americans, Britons and Jews.Iraqis were technically unable to obtain plutonium.
Iraq exports crude oil and petroleum products to Canada . Terrorists?

You have to be recommended for a Purple Heart. Being wounded in Iraq does not automatically qualify you to receive a Purple Heart.

Plutonium is always produced by using uranium fuel in a nuclear reactor, but it stays in the spent fuel unless this is processed. I don't think Canada has any processing capability for separating out the plutonium, but you need to ask the question to the Canadian authority
Terry Fox did receive the Order Of Canada
No it goes from America to canada
Uranium is mined in USA, Canada, Australia, China, India, Niger, Russia, Kazachstan, Romania, Argentina and other countries. Plutonium is not mined; it is a by-product from nuclear reactors.
Some plutonium chemical compounds; plutonium dioxide, plutonium nitride, plutonium carbide, plutonium nitrate, plutonium trifluoride, plutonium chloride, etc.
No, Canada has never participated in the Iraq War.
