No. Cary Grant explicitly denied being gay, was quite amused that anyone would think so, and was DEFINITELY capable of sexual interaction with women (just ask his wives). All supposed evidence that Cary Grant was gay is based on rumors and innuendo about his relationship with Randolph Scott, but never with anyone else.
Randolph Scott
Grant
Cary explicitly denied this. A court case over this issue was settled out of court. His wife, Barbara Harris, VIGOROUSLY disputes any suggestion that Grant did not have sexual attraction to women -- and she SHOULD know. Stories of the depth of the friendship he had with room-mate Randolph Scott abound, but no explicit evidence exists that it was sexual. Other than rumors about him and Scott, there is no credible evidence that Grant ever had sexual encounters with any male at any point in his life.
