Cleopatra actually did not marry either one of them. Caesar never married her and the marriage to Marc Antony was a sham, set up to impress the Egyptian people with the unity of their political alliance. The word "marriage" had many meaning in the ancient world.

No. His first wife was Cornelia Cinnilla, in Rome. This was long before he and Mark Anthony were appointed co-dictators by the Senate. After which they went with armies to Egypt and met Cleopatra. A disagreement in Egypt between Anthony and Caesar resulted in the death of Anthony and suicide of Cleopatra.
