Did Donald Sutherland have a cameo walk on part in the movie Independence Day?
I would have to say no . I have seen the film several times and I have never noticed Donald in it but I wasn't watching for him either. I will be next time as he is one of my favorite actors.

I guess you could say either Six Degrees of Separation (1993) or Independence Day (1996). In Six Degrees of Separation, he's more of a co-star. That's when someone well known or has contributed to the movie is briefly shown. The cameo doesn't have a large role to the plot, and is just used as a recognition devise. For example, at the end of the movie The Pursuit of Happiness, the guy that the movie is based on briefly passes by the scene. That would be a cameo role.
