Little Hangleton was a muggle town where the Gaunt family (Voldemort's mother) and Riddle family (Voldemort's family) lived. Voldemort himself, never lived there. His lived his whole childhood in a muggle orphanage. Voldemort did spend time in his grandparents old house when he was working on getting his body back.

There is no mention of Dumbledore ever living there.

Why was it essential for lord Voldemort to kill Harry himself?

The prophecy that Sybill Trelawney made stated this: "One must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives" This prophecy refers earlier to Voldemort and Harry OR Neville - however Voldemort didn't realise at the time that it could have been either child and only thought it was referring to Harry. Thus the war began. So the section of the prophecy above is basically saying that only one of them can live in the end and whoever dies must be killed by the other. ie Harry must kill Voldemort or Voldemort must kill Harry. So therefore, since Voldemort isn't planning on dying, he must kill Harry himself as the prophecy states it.

How did Harry Potter live after he died?

he gives him a container filled with all the important memories of Snape's that he (Snape) thinks will be useful to Harry, or explain things more clearly. They (mostly) revolve around Snape and Lily (Potter's Mum) starting from childhood right up to the time that Lily dies and the discussion that followed (with Dumbledore) after. It explains to Harry that even before Harry came to Hogwart's Snape was trying to help him, acting as spy for Dumbledore. Snape loved Lily so much that he protected her only son by spying even though he could have died because of it. It also explains to Harry that he (Harry) must die at Voldemort's hand to destroy the seventh Horcrux (himself).

Who asked Snape to kill Dumbledore?

Dumbledore asked Snape to kill Dumbledore. Over the summer between the 5th and 6th books, Dumbledore went looking for the ring Voldemort had stolen from his grandfather Marvolo Gaunt (well, actually, he stole it from his uncle Morfin Gaunt, who inherited it after Marvolo died), and which had originally belonged to Salazar Slytherin. Voldemort had made the ring into a Horcrux and put a curse on it. What Voldemort didn't know was that the black stone in the ring was actually one of the Deathly Hallows -- the Resurrection Stone. Dumbledore had never gotten over the death of his baby sister Ariana, who was killed by a spell during the fight Dumbledore's brother Aberforth had with Dumbledore's friend, Gellert Grindelwald. Even though he knew the ring was probably cursed, he just couldn't resist touching the stone, because he wanted to see his sister again so badly. Dumbledore immediately found Snape, and Snape was able to contain the curse in Dumbledore's hand. If Snape hadn't done this in time, the curse would have spread to the rest of Dumbledore's body and killed him fairly quickly. But even though Snape was able to contain the curse, Dumbledore was still doomed: he had only about a year to live. So, since Voldemort was already planning to make Draco Malfoy kill Dumbledore, Dumbledore decided to ask Snape to kill him instead. Dumbledore knew that Voldemort didn't really expect Draco to succeed at killing him; Draco's parents had fallen out of favor with Voldemort, and Voldemort just wanted to heap more misery onto the family, by making them watch their son fail at the task and be killed for it. And even if Draco was able to kill him, Dumbledore didn't want Draco's soul to be damaged by murder. Also, if Snape killed Dumbledore, it would seemingly prove his loyalty to Voldemort, and ensure his continuing worth as an adept and loyal Death Eater.

What happens with Severus Snape?

The following is a spoiler; I suggest you read the books, or wait for the movies. At the end of book 7, Severus Snape is betrayed by Lord Voldemort, who at that time still believes that Snape works for him. He has Nagini kill him. Snape, deadly wounded, passes some memories to Harry, right before his death. Harry Potter looks at them in the Pensive and learns that Snape was loyal to Dumbledore, and that the killing of Dumbledore was suggested by Dumbledore himself, for two reasons: 1) Dumbledore didn't have much time to live anyway; 2) it was convenient, for the planes of the Order of the Phoenix, for Voldemort to completely trust Snape. The following is a spoiler; I suggest you read the books, or wait for the movies. At the end of book 7, Severus Snape is betrayed by Lord Voldemort, who at that time still believes that Snape works for him. What would have happened had snape not killed dumbledore?

well, The good people in harry potter wouldn't know what the bad people were doing. Snape is a spy. He killed dumbledore so the death eater and voldemort would trust him. Dumbledore's death was planned P.S. Dumbledore would have died anyway because his hand was somehow cursed so he only had 1 year to live !!

Why did Dumbledore insist on Voldemort being the one to kill Harry Potter in book 7?

Voldemort also alluded to this before Dumbledore as he always said that it must be him to kill Potter. Dumbledore would have realised the fact that the sacrifice that Lily Potter made for Harry resided in his blood and when Voldemort used Harry's blood to regain his body, he also came under that same protection so they were both living effectively as one person as the prophecy stated "none can live whilst the other survives". Therefore the blood protection had to be broken and for this to happen, one had to die without resistance for that to effectively happen. Dumbledore may have also suspected that Harry was a Horcrux as well since both Voldemort and Harry were Parclemouths and of the link Harry's scar gave in the Order of the Phoenix. If Voldemort also killed the Horcrux residing in Harry as well, then it would be sweet justice in helping bring him down.

Why did Severus Snape kill Albus Dumbledore?

Dumbledore put a cursed ring on his hand which would have killed him had Snape not stopped it. Snape told Dumbledore he only had about a year left to live and Dumbledore knew that Voldemort was plotting his death but didn't want Draco Malfoy's soul to be damaged by this. He also knew that Voldemort would want the Elder wand and that Snape needed to keep convincing Voldemort he was on his side. So, Dumbledore told Snape to kill him which meant Voldemort trusted him, Draco kept his soul intact and Dumbledore died as the last true owner of the Elder wand - although because Draco disarmed him before he died that part of the plan didn't work. Also because Dumbledore says that he would rather be killed by Snape than one of the other Death-Eaters, such as Belatrix Lestrange who, as Dumbledore put it 'like to play with their food'. Snape also made an unbreakable vow to Narcissa (or Cissy) Malfoy, to help Draco in his deed set by 'The Dark Lord', and if it should seem Draco would fail, he commit the deed himself. (The deed being to kill Albus Dumbledore)

Why did Dumbledore apoint so manybad teachers in Harry Potter?

*SPOILER* If by bad teachers you're refuring to Snape, than I wouldn't call him "bad". As you find out in Deathly Hallows, Snape is double agnet, pretending to be loyal to Voldemort while really being a good guy and giving Dumbledore information he needs. Snape tells Voldemort that he's pretending to work for Dumbledore while truly being loyal to him. Although there are quit a few times when I was very convinced that Snape belonged to the Dark Lord and I think sometimes that his old Death Eater ways did take over his body and he became loyal to Voldemort. Yes Snape was a Death Eater. The one thing that really seems to stump people about trusting Snape is Dumbledore's death. Yes, Snape did kill Dumbledore but, oddly it was planned. I've already given away WAY to much. Long live Harry Potter. -Luna

Why Albus Dumbledore die easily?

Many things become clearer if you read the last book, Harry Potter 7 (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows).Spoiler warning: You may want to read the book instead of reading on - or wait for the movie.Superficially, it seems that Dumbledore was weakened by the nasty drink he had, prepared by Voldemort. That's what Harry thought, but this wasn't the main reason.Remember that in book 6, it is mentioned several times that Dumbledore's hand was damaged? In the movie it was also mentioned briefly. It turns out that he imprudently put the ring on, forgetting that as a horcrux, it was probably cursed. The curse, according to Snape, was unstoppable; Snape could slow the effect, but Dumbledore only had about a year to live. So, Dumbledore told Snape that he should kill him. Among other things, this made it easier for Voldemort to trust Snape. Snape didn't like this assignment, but eventually agreed. When Dumbledore said, right before his death, "Severus, please!", he was not pleading for his life... quite the contrary.

How did Harry Potter die?

Harry Potter does not die throughout the whole series. In the last book, The Deathly Hallows, he does get hit by the Avada Kadavra curse and but is resurrected When Harry first got attacked by Lord Voldemort (age 1), Voldemort leaves apart of his soul in Harry without knowing (the seventh Horcrux Voldemort did not intend to make). Therefore when Voldemort does use the killing curse on Harry in the last book Voldemort simply kills the Horcrux inside Harry. Harry then goes to ... an ''alternative heaven'' and talks to Dumbledore who explains all of this. Dumbledore then tells Harry that he can go back to the real world and defeat Voldemort. This means that the Horcrux in Harry is destroyed but he is still alive. Since Voldemort did not think he could come back to defeat him, he had less protection for his last Horcrux, Nagini. Once Neville killed Nagini and all the Horcruxes were destroyed, Harry was able to defeat Voldemort because they were both equal. It was also explained that because Voldemort used Harry's blood to resurrect himself into human form, the protection that lay in Harry from his mother's sacrifice also lay in Voldemort. That's another reason Harry didn't die when Voldemort attacked him. Later, Neville killed the snake, Nagini, and that was officially the last Horcrux that was destroyed, making Voldemort mortal. All movies on TopRater: toprater.com/en/movies/objects/2341361-harry-potter-and-the-chamber-of-secrets-2002
