He didn't personally behead her, but he ordered her execution for: adultery, inscest, and "witchcraft" in 1536, on the 17th of May she was beheaded on on Tower Green( in London) when her daughter Elizabeth (future queen of England) was only three.

It's pretty clear Anne refused to have have an affair so she would not settle for being mistress. She did not sleep with Henry VIII until she was named queen. It would only considered be an affair if one believedHenry's relationship to Katharine of Aragon was not technically annulled.

Anne Boleyn was Henry VIII's second wife and mother of Elizabeth.

Anne Boleyn was born in 1501. She returned to England in 1522 and attracted many admirers. .

In 1526 Henry asked Anne to become his mistress, but she refused because he was a married man.

The couple eventually secretly married in 1533 after Anne became pregnant.

When the baby was born in September 1533 Henry was annoyed that the baby was a girl. Anne became pregnant twice more but each time the babies were stillborn.

Henry began to tire of Anne and so he wanted rid of her. his ministers invented evidence showing that Anne had been unfaithful which was untrue ,and had plotted the death of the King, also Untrue.

She was found guilty and was executed in May 1536.

No, Henry didn't. He divorced her because of her appearance.

Anne died with health problems. They began to fail.

Buried on 3rd August. Her tomb is opposite Edward the Confessor.

Yes but Anne Boleyn was executed by the french sword (Henry paid a lot of money for a french sword executioner to come to England) and Katherine Howard was executed by the axe.
