after sasuke won orochimaru in the fight (only because orochimaru was sick and unable to defend himself) orochimaru get in sasuke's body without the ability to take control on it .
afterwards sasuke had a battle against itachi and when orochimaru had an opportunity
to take over sasuke he got out of the sasuke's body and tried to take control over it .
itachi didnt let him do it and seald him forever .a little piece of orochimaru escaped as the form of a snake and that was the only way for orochimaru to live. but the black flames itachi created before he died, spread
and burned the free snake.
therefore ,itachi killed orochimaru.
The above post is not entirely correct. Itachi sealed away Orochimaru, meaning he did not kill him, he has just been sealed away forever. Kabuto, however, also did a sort of transplant to absorb part of Orochimaru. It is not known whether or not a new Orochimaru will end up taking over Kabuto's body entirely.

Obito was heavily injured when he was crushed by a boulder while trying to save Kakashi during the 3rd Shinobi World War. However he was saved by Madara Uchiha, and would eventually command Itachi as leader of Akatsuki.
