Did Michael Jackson's kids love him?

Yes, they did, as any child would love their father. Prince Michael I, Paris and Prince Michael II aka 'Blanket' adored their father, as evidenced by Paris' tearful speech at his memorial:

"I just wanted to say, ever since I was born, Daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine, and I just wanted to say I love him...so much..."

Many people close to Michael have also commented that he was a terrific father, Mark Lester said that Michael was such a good father he made him, as a father himself, feel 'ashamed'.

Michael Jackson loved his kids alot.....he played with them, he teached them some stuff and if you watched his funeral on tv you could see that Paris(his little girl) broke down in tears talking about her dad and how much she loved him

He probably hated the way Joe treated him but he still cared for his father, he always wanted his dads love and to make him proud, Joe obviously mellowed a fair bit in his old age and they seemed to make peace witheach other, Michael of course never forgot the way his dad treated him as a child and ended up leaving him out of his will and because Joe isn't that great with money.

You should read Michael's Oxford speech, or look it up on YouTube, he talks about his father and his feelings towards him quite a bit.
