∙ 10y agoMiley cut her hair because she thought it would represent her more of what she's actually like. She's always said that she was tired of having extensions and keeping up with her hair. She did not donate her hair to chairty. With her short hair, she's been seen in many different styles from a combover to spikes. She's also kept her hair blonde, but went back to her natural brown for a short time.
She's had this hair length for almost a year now, alternating lengths but still keeping it short. She's expressed that she won't grow her hair back out for a while, possibly forever; however, her hair's been seen getting longer with rumors sparking that she might be growing her hair out.
