Each excelled in different areas. Abraham was the greatest spiritual pioneer of all time: he grew up amidst universal idolatry and singlehandedly raised up a family and disciples who served the One God. The Torah (Genesis ch.15, ch.17) describes how God recognized Abraham's righteousness, but that did not happen until Abraham had been serving God for several decades.
Moses was the greatest of all prophets (Numbers ch.12, Deuteronomy ch.34), including even Abraham.

∙ 8y agoThe Bible says that Noah was a distant ancestor to Abraham, but lived until Abraham was 60 years old, although Abraham seems unaware of Noah's existence or even of God having saved him in the Flood (One online site even estimates that Abraham was born 165 years before Noah died). From a biblical perspective, Noah was therefore born long before Abraham but was also alive through much of Abraham's lifetime.
From a historical perspective, both Noah and Abraham are considered by scholars to be mythical and therefore neither Noah nor Abraham really lived.
Noah was born in 2948BC and died in 1998BC at the age of 950, while Abraham was born in 1996BC and died in 1821BC at the age of 175, so they were contemporaneous for 2 years. [All dates Ussher]

Noah died ~2 years before Abram son of Terah was born.
I have no reason to disbelieve the Bible. I have every reason to be skeptical of man's thinking and speculations.
When the two disagree, I am siding with God's Word the Bible.

∙ 13y agoAbraham was born first. You read about Abraham in the first chapters of Genesis, and Moses doesn't appear on the scene until the book of Exodus, which is the second book of the Old Testament.
