No, one direction aren't going to split up any time soon :) it was all rumors because 1D were having time of and weren't seen together in a while. it all got blown out of proportion, and one direction are also bringing out a new album in September, and new single called' Heartbreaker', which you can look forward too. :) But Zayn left. :(

∙ 9y agono they did not. there were rumors about Harry Styles going solo because he was caught in a recording studio without the other boys. and Harry styles and Taylor Swift are not together not seeing eachother.
NO!! One Direction have not broken up they are still making great songs and are planning a tour. Plus I think that if they did you would see girls crying everywhere including me, an up roar on twitter and facebook and it would be one the news like when Take That broke up but now have got back together.
