actually they do get together just not in season 1, apparently they have a baby together but I don't know if that's just rumors. On a preview you see rachel say 'you can kiss me if you want' and maybe love will blossom. I hope this helped (:

In a few weeks, an episode called 'Born This Way' will be released in the UK, showing Finn's relationship with Quinn getting stronger.
