no. he pleaded guilty to a battery charge. He did not murder anyone, but he was involved in a fight in which his friend, Chase Rader, shot and killed Michael Cook. Michael's brother, Marcel, was facing the same charges as Radke, but unfortunately decided to take his own life. The whole thing is very sad. and while Ronnie was involved in this fight, he did not murder anyone, and he was not charged with murder.

He has been charged with battery, for being part of a shooting. (where Michael cook was murdered) but Ronnie didnt kill Michael. Marcel and Micheal Colquitt did. One of the guys commited suicide, so Ronnie got the full blame and he is now on probation for 5 years.

The other side fired shots so Ronnies friend took the gun and as self defence killed Cook. Ronnie went to jail for battery and being involved.
