Steve Irwin (R.I.P.) actually didn't obtain a degree or even go to college. However, he was no dummy. He was very educated, perhaps more so than some graduates. He gained his vast knowledge starting from a very young age from his father Bob and his mother Lyn Irwin. When they finally gained the ability to start the reptile park and later, the Australia Zoo in Queensland, this too added tons of hours to his knowledge of all types of wildlife and not just reptiles and amphibians. He gained tons of field experience by studying animals in their natural environments from the time he could walk until his tragic death. Most people look down upon someone who doesn't have an education in a specific field, however in the case of Steve Irwin, he deserves the upmost respect because it just goes to show you can learn and do anything you want to and it also doesn't depend on what school you go to, or even didn't go to, but it matters how much knowledge you can obtain and one can literally change the world!

Steve Irwin did not attend college. He had such enthusiastic interest for hands-on field work that much of his knowledge and experience regarding wildlife has been self-taught.

his father wanted him to be a surgeon but Darwin was afraid of guts and went on a boat to explore and he studdied animals and stuff on his travles.
