Did Aliens help Egyptians build the pyramids?

I hate to be blunt, but the whole idea that Egyptians needed help from an advanced alien society, in order to stack rocks, comes from some wacko books from the Seventies, written by a racist who saw nothing unusual in white people being able to stack rocks without alien help (name one cathedral which any sane person thinks had to be built by aliens) but could not believe black and brown people could do so.

Aliens are not real, how do you even believe that stuff? The Egyptians made the pyramids back then there were no such thing as aliens and still there isn't. You are weird if you think aliens exist.

Your aliens did not build the pyramids. By the way, these structures were not built by slaves but by paid workmen and artisans, the same as the great cathedrals were built.

this may sound crazy but trust me there is a lot of evidence that would point to this conclusion; (Such as?) the ancients were not capable of building such great monuments, even current technology could not reproduce them with the accuracy with which they were built. (Who says, in what peer reviewed journal?)

there is also no hieroglyphs anywhere on the pyramid, and Egyptians put hieroglyphs EVERYWHERE. (Including pyramid blocks)

the current theory about how and why the pyramids were constructed is not logical. supposedly the pyramids were built as tombs,but if that were so you would expect to find a mummy or something inside right? no such thing was ever found an any pyramid. (Then who got the brilliant idea they were tombs instead of monuments?) also the pyramids they say had to be built in 20 years, (They who, and with what proof?)so if you do the math for that the Egyptians would have had to place a block approximatley every 5 seconds.

the final proof is simply that they said that they didn't build them, but that the "sun gods" came down from the sky and built them. (According to who, and where are the inscriptions?)

The Egyptians did put writing on the pyramid blocks. For example, "Vigorous Gang" and "Enduring Gang", to show off who did the work. While it was a big job, it was well within the abilities of humans. No one argues that the great precision and hard work of a cathedral had to be made by aliens, and yet the tools and maths were basically no better than the Egyptians had. But some think that white people *should* be able to accomplish such tasks, while brown ones must have had alien help. Aliens, I might add, who never lost one speck of tech out of their pockets for us to find. No equations or other advanced facts on the walls to show that someone who understood "E=MC Squared" was involved in the job. Aliens absolutely indistinguishable from no aliens at all!

But I could be wrong (very unlikely).

Pyramids were built by slaves, some pyramids only took a thousand while some required 100,000.
