no he has not.all he did was tell his team.i want to design a console.they did make it for him.he took all the credit.not doing it for the money but to build a bigger reputation across the world.

∙ 12y agoNo, Bill Gates did not create the Xbox 360 but he created the platform that Xbox 360 uses which is Microsoft and windows. as there is windows live on the 360 you have a pretty good idea that Bill Gates was involved but not the creator.
