through our research we have learned that italian businessman, don berlusconi, son of former italian prime minister and mega rich italian businessman silvio berlusconi, recently bought all the music rights which was previously owned by phil spector. this included 100's of top hit songs from over many years. it is unknown how much don berlusconi paid for these music rights , but is it estimated in the millions. these songs still earn mega bucks in royalties. don berlusconi recently started a music production company and concert promotion company which he will operate out of his offices he owns on pacific coast highway in malibu California. this is the malibu plaza complex that don berlusconi originally had built in 1990 where he once housed his prosperous high profile criminal defense practice which he sold the practice in 1998.at one time he sold this plaza complex and carried the paper on the sale, but not long ago he took it back and now he once again owns the complex. he houses his various business holdings in that complex including this music business. he recently took on some well known associates in the music business,including, bill medley don's long time buddy, and lisa presley also long time friend of don .
