GoldenFlower died between Sunset and The Sight(Possibly of old age), her death was never mentioned in the books. She didn't die during the journey to the lake because she was still alive when the badger attack happened which was when ThunderClan was settled in their new lake territory.
Goldenflower dies protecting her kits, Tawnypelt and Brambleclaw, during a badger attack. She sacrifices herself to save them, demonstrating her loyalty and love as a mother.
Yes she died of old age between The New Prophecy and The Power of Three series.

she died in between the new prophecy series and the power of three series.
The series that follows the New Prophecy in the Warriors book series is called Power of Three.
Goldenflower was a loyal ThunderClan warrior who suffered great loss during the series. Her mate, Tigerstar, betrayed her, leading to the tragic death of their two sons, Brambleclaw and Tawnypelt. This betrayal and loss caused Goldenflower great pain and heartache.
The second series in the Warriors book series is called "The New Prophecy." It follows the journey of the ThunderClan cats after they receive a prophecy that foretells of danger and destruction.
The New Prophecy
He didn't die in a book. It was started that before the first of the power of three series. He died of green cough so between the last book of the new prophecy series and the first of the power of three series.

He was not the demi-god that the prophecy was about, in Camp Half-Blood series. However, the Heroes of Olympus series is out. It has a new prophecy, that calls for seven demi-gods. He may turn out being involved in that.
Brambleclaw does not die in the Warriors book series. He plays a prominent role in several of the books, including "The New Prophecy" and "Power of Three."
