he didn't HE was originally sopposed to die in rocky 4 but the writers including sylevester stallone thought that it wouldn't be the right idea so they decided to make 11 but only ever made 5 then in 2006 sly decided he wanted to return to the roll one last time... and he lived in that film... there may be a future film (2013 2014) where the film will begin with him dead, but that has not been approved

∙ 8y agoRocky's wife Adrian does not die in any of the movies. She is alive at the end of Rocky V, but dies before the events of 'Rocky Balboa', she died four years previously and does not appear in the movie.
