Spider-Man has died a couple of times, with two examples being he is killed by Green Goblin in a lengthy battle, and in a new comic, he died and Doctor Octopus took the reins of being Spider-Man. Note these were different universes.

In spiderman the movie he is hurt and tries to kill Peter (spidey) and presses a button on his leg but Peter flips over his glider and it kills goblin instead. It peirces his chest.

In 3 Harry follows his dad and becomes the new green goblin but when his butler tells him what happens he helPs peter in the end. Harry thought that Peter killed his father. In the end Peter is traped in venoms web ties and venom tries to kill him with Harry's hoverboard but Harry leaps and takes the blades to his chest instead. There you go!:-p
