The largest and heaviest birds known belonged to the genus Aepyornis (elephant birds) which lived on the island of Madagascar and went extinct very recently, around the 17th century, and the genus Dromornis, which lived in Australia and disappeared in the early Pliocene. Birds belonging to these genera could reach 3 meters in height or more, and weigh close to half a ton (500 kg), or possibly more in the case of Dromornis. Both of these genera were completely flightless, but they were not closely related to each other, as the elephant birds were ratites like emus and ostriches, while Dromornithids were more closely related to waterfowl - in essence, they were giant, flightless relatives of ducks and geese (they might also have been carnivores, and are colorfully called "Demon Ducks of Doom").
The largest flying bird known is Argentavis magnificens, also known as the giant teratorn, an immense relative of today's condors that lived in what is now Argentina some 6 millions years ago. It had a wingspan of 7 meters and weighed as much as an average human (70-80 kg). It is thought to have been both a scavenger and a predator that ate smaller prey whole, perhaps even without landing.
The largest prehistoric bird that was able to fly was Argentavis magnificens. It had a wing span of 28 feet and weighed 244 pounds. The largest birds of all time were the elephant birds of Madagascar.

No one. Dinos did not evolve into rhinos.
No prehistoric horse fossils have been found in either Australia or Antarctica. The horse had not occupied the Australian continent prior to the arrival of the First Fleet in 1788, and they have never existed, to our knowledge, in Antarctica.
