How does the clip go on to hold the bulb in place? I can't see all of the bulb holder.
simply remove or cut cable. it connects at clutch fork and runs over to hill holder mechanism on left frame rail. it is lower cable on clutch fork.

If its the same as the 2001 subaru forester, there are two fuse panel locations: The main one is located on the lower left hand corner of the driver side dashboard where you will see what looks like a pull open ashtray holder. Pull that open and you will see that it is actually a cover for where the fuses are located.
Subaru sucks. why the hell would you want a Subaru, especially the cheapest Subaru cause they all blow.
