Do Mormon primary and secondary students normally attend public educational schools?

Yes. Primary is just the name for the Sunday worship that children between the ages of 3 and 12 attend so that the adults can attend a more mature discussion on gospel principles. Primary enables children to learn without going over their heads. The younger ones are taught basic things like we live on an earth God made fheldor us, We have families and Jesus loves you.

Now high school students are encouraged but not required to attend seminary which is usually held early morning before school starts. They get a more in depth study of the scriptures. During the 4 years a student is in high school he/she will devote 1 year to the Old Testament, 1 year to the New Testament, 1 year to the Book of Mormon and 1 year to the Doctrine and Covenants.
