Mormons do not believe in the trinity doctrine that is espoused by many Christian churches. Mormons believe that God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost are 3 separate individuals that have a unity of purpose. Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God in the flesh and that as the perfect obedient son, was able to atone for our sins.
Mormons worship one God, God the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ.

This can be a complicated topic for those unfamiliar with Mormon doctrine. While Mormons believe that God the Father, Jesus Christ (the Son of God), and the Holy Spirit are three separate individual beings, they are so perfectly united in purpose and doctrine that "they are one God." (Book of Mormon - Mosiah 14:4) Essentially, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one God in the same way that God's followers are one body (see John 17:11, 21-22; Romans 12:5; 1 Corinthians 10:17; and 1 Corinthians 12:12).

I don't know who Brooke White is but Mormons believe they can become gods, IF they do certain ceremonies in the temple and keep the vows they make there. Not all Mormons believe they will become gods, because not all Mormons go to the temple and do the ceremonies they believe are required. They do not believe they will become gods but they do believe they will be able to become more like Jesus and god.
