Lots of people say he does like her but those people are fans. They are not the person who created Naruto and actually makes the episodes and all that stuff. Well anyway Sasuke has said that he doesn't like her publicly a numerous amount of times. But the author of Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto, said that Sakura is something really important to Sasuke he just doesn't know it because he's too caught up in revenge. So there is no definite answer. Don't trust what anybody says about him liking Sakura unless Masashi Kishimoto himself said it.

∙ 12y agoI do not think that Sasuke likes either one of them (Sakura and Ino) because after coming back from the Village of the Mist, Sakura asked Sasuke on a date and he declined. Also, he shows no emotion with Ino since I've never seen him talk to her before.

Looking at the FACTS AS MASASHI KISHIMOTO HAS PRESENTED THEM, Naruto has romantic feelings for Sakura, Hinata has romantic feelings for Naruto, and Sakura appears to have feelings for Sasuke AND Naruto.

Would sakura and karin ever fight?
I have read as far as the manga goes online, so up to 478, I believe, and so far no. Karin is watching from the sidelines as usual as Sasuke fights. She tried to help him but got kicked away with no effort. She is proving to not even know how to fight. Sakura, is on her way to where Sasuke is now, so if they did fight it would happen soon but I doubt it will be much of a match if Karin really is as weak as she's being portrayed right now. But who knows.
