Tenten only greatly admires Neji's skills and Neji has never once stated that he felt any attraction towards Tenten. Hence, both of them do not feel attracted to each other.
Perhaps, in the future, this will be clarified: Whether or not they like each other. We'll just have to wait for Masashi Kishimoto to clear things up.
There are many misunderstandings when it comes to pairings such as these, since they are never clarified till the end. Perhaps they do somehow secretly like each other, but as of now, they are not officially a couple. Nor have they really shown clear signs of attraction towards each other. Those "sweet glances" or "admiration" could probably just be Masashi Kishimoto trying to strengthen their team bond or friendship.
No. Neji never gave a sign that he likes anyone in the official manga.
But there is a comedic spin-off called "Rock Lee's Springtime of Youth", where he is implied to be attracted to Hinata, because he imagines Hinata is his lover in a "Romeo and Juliette" story and has a nosebleed when he hears about Hinata's breasts.

They seem to go very well together, and you can sense some feelings in the Shippuden. Also, Tenten is not a "Girly-Girl" And she can stand up for herself, and that's the kind of Girl Neji needs. There are many fan-fiction's circulating around this Idea, and though Tenten's past is not even mentioned, she does not even have a last name, Masashi Kishimoto revealed Tenten is one of her favorite characters, so lets hope that we see more of her in the future.
