Sure. In all the microorganisms that coat our skin, reside in our breathing passages and our guts.

We probably have more prokaryotic DNA on and in us than our own DNA load, which is eukaryote.

Prokaryotic cells do not have a nucleus. They are also always single celled organisms, such as bacteria and archea.

Humans are not single-celled. (Meaning we only have one cell in our body) We are made of eukaryotic cells.
