Is there gluten in Reese's peanutbutter cups?

Reese's Pieces candy contains trace amounts of milk. It's such a small amount that it may just be leftover bits of milk from other stuff that gets left in the manufacturing equipment (as it's difficult to clean it all perfectly). Some vegans don't care about equipment residues and thus would be okay with eating the candy. However, due to the trace amounts, the product is technically NOT vegan.

Despite common misconceptions, chocolate necessarily contain non-vegan products, such as milk, and THERE IS NO CHOCOLATE in Reece's Pieces candy. The full list of ingredients is below.

Sugar, partially defatted peanuts, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm kernel and soybean oil), corn syrup, dextrose; contains less than 2% of: artificial color (Yellow 5 lake, Red 40, Yellow 6 lake, Blue 1 lake), salt, resinous glaze, soy lecithin, modified cornstarch, carnauba wax, vanillin, artificial flavor, milk.

I ate Reese's Pieces yesterday for the first time since my diagnosis and had am having a severe reaction today. It is the only item I had to eat that I was at all unsure of.
