Yes, there is a possibility that they will become friends again. But as of right now, Sasuke is too obsessed with revenge and preparing to fight Naruto and destroying Konoha. The only way that Sasuke is going to change his ways is fighting Naruto and in some point during their battle with each other, he will probably reflect back on their past and the good times they share with each other as best friends and comrades. In that end, Sasuke might decide to follow his brother's ways and help Naruto and Konoha defeat and destroy Madara once and for all. When that happens, Sasuke and Naruto might die while they fight Madara. But their friendship will still remain even though they might die together. That is why Naruto and Sasuke are both training really hard before that time comes so that they both will try to stay alive.

∙ 9y agoThey have always been friends. As Sasuke reveals during the last few issues of the manga, he has always seen Naruto as a kindred spirit, friend and rival. However he has always considered friendship to be a weakness, which is why he acted so aloof. The two finally reconcile though in issue 698.

The below plot synopsis may be incorrect.
PLOT SPOILER: Naruto and Sakura got some information about Orochimaru from Sasori, a member of the Akatsuki, and met up with Kabuto. They found Orochimaru, and fought him. However, Naruto's fourth tail came out. Naruto almost killed Orochimaru, who fled before he could be finished off. Once the trio got to Orochimaru's new hideout, they ran into Sasuke, who then attacked them. However, Sasuke stopped Naruto's demon from coming out with his Sharingon, through which he could see the demon.
Sasuke then knocked them all unconcious, and ran off with Orochimaru. In an act of betrayel, Orochimaru later tried to take over Sasuke's body. Sasuke fought back, and killed Orochimaru. Sasuke is now trying to kill Naruto and Itachi.

The first and so far only fight between Naruto and Sasuke was in episodes 52 and 53. There is no information on the next time they will even meet again let alone fight since the manga hasn't been written to the point where they do meet again.

When Naruto meets Sasuke again who will win?
Naruto and Sasuke's battle is no longer about prowess, because they both have equally formidable jutsus. Sasuke might have an opportunity to fight naruto once again, but if Sasuke remains 'evil', he will lose. If he is hesitant and straddling between good and evil, then neither will win, but madara will become the ultimate target. Sasuke might not be who Naruto battle's if Madara decides to fuse with him in order to create the ultimate power, but it will be Madara. And it may very well be Sasuke battling Madara psychologically if he tries to fuse with his body and control him. there is no clear cut answer.
