Subaru's blow head gaskets at the drop of a dime, if your Subaru overheated its almost guaranteed that you will need to replace the head gaskets. I don't really know what you're asking because your question cuts off half way through the word "overnight". All I'm saying is be very wary if you have overheated your Subaru. I'm assuming you still have a coolant leak? And if so i would check the head gaskets.
