No, not at all. Two thirds of The Bible was written before Jesus was born. Give it a read - it has a lot of knowledge in it.
All of them contain both his death and resurrection.
There are MANY, MANY, MANY stories in the Bible; the Bible itself is the story of mankind! In fact, just of Jesus alone, on of the Gospels had commented that if ALL the miracles that Jesus had done were recorded, the books would fill the entire world!
Stories of Jesus are primarily found in the Gospels, being Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. In the book of John, it states that Jesus did so many miracles that it would take books and book to list all the miracles that he performed. In the Old Testament the bible is littered with prophecies about the coming of a Saviour and Leader
The bible was written when the prophets of Jesus Christ wanted to keep track of all the glourious miracles he was making. It is basically an old story about theories and stories of Jesus. Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John all wrote their own versions of what happened.
Jesus declares in His prayer to His Father: "...Thy Word is TRUTH." (John 17:17) Truth means: Factual. All of the Bible is "factual."
Jesus did many miracles in the bible, like turning water into wine and raising lazerus from the dead. the apostles did many miracles too, but the bible doesn't record all of the miracles that happened back then. in John 21:25, it says, "And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, i suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen." we can't do miracles now a days, because Jesus and the apostles aren't alive any more, but we can know that there were so many miracles that jesus and the apostles did, that even the world couldn't contain all the stories of them.
No, there is no book on Jesus' birth that puts it all together using all the books of the Bible, except the Bible.
The Apostles were the witnesses of the Jesus life. They saw His miracles and heard His words. All these were reflected in the Bible. The only difference is the way they saw these and expressed. As any different people say different words about one and the same thing.

Some of the themes were epic poetry, they glorified knighthood and chivalry, tournaments, and battles.
The Bible says that, "if you were to try to write down all the miracles Jesus did, the world could not contain them." Obviously there were millions!
Jesus of Nazareth, monotheism, and the Bible as the word of God are all part of Christianity.
