Some believe their yips and barks and meows and howls each are a language of their own. No bark is exactly alike, as uniqe as human voices. As far as anyone can tell, yes, it is their own little language.
Animals communicate by various means; smells, sounds etc. As for language... well, how would we know? I don't understand what Dogs want when they bark in the same way that I don't understand people talking Spanish (because I don't speak spanish). If all Dogs understand what 'Woof!' means and can tell the difference between 'Woof!' and 'Ruff!' etc. then yes that would be a very basic language/communication system
not to us, but, they do bond and make sounds. oxes "roller skate" when they finish, they bellow and (supposably) call to the others that they are finished. When they do so, they go to the back of a "line" and wait for everybody else to go before they go again. Otters create slides and signal to others when they are done. Skunks make different squeaks. We must wait until we have more modern technology to truly figure this out.
Well as you see, Only trainers can understand animal language... Because they are trained to do that... But almost all non-trainers can understand animal language...
Chimps who have learned American Sign Language (ASL) have communicated with each other on a limited basis. In nature, however, they communicate with hand gestures.
Yes they do. But in their own language.

Human languages are spoken as well as written. We have many languages. Most have their own dialects. All have their own accents. (The previous 3 may be true of animals, too. Who knows?) Human language is structured to allow for continuous growth and evolution. Introduction of a new concept or item brings about the introduction of new language to describe it. Animal communication is relatively constant over long periods of time.
yes koala bears have thier own language
The duration of A Language All My Own is 360.0 seconds.
"He who does not love his own language is worse than an animal and smelly fish." It is a Jose Rizal quote, not a proverb.
A Language All My Own was created on 1935-07-19.
yes it has it's own script.
The parrot repeats whatever it hears, purely because it doesn't have its own language or form of conversation. Surely the parrot takes the no.1 position.
