Yes they do cause i played it (this answer is completely wrong) The correct answer is: NO, the babies don't grow up as of now in Sims Freeplay. I'm on level 35 and I've had the baby since the update has come out. Sims Freeplay is not following the normal story line. It looks as though we will have to wait for the next update. Hopefully the next update will include the baby growing up. Side note: To whomever wrote the top answer, if you've actually played it, you would know that the baby doesn't grow up at this point. So it's obvious that you haven't played it.

∙ 11y agoI don't think so. But maybe it just takes a long time? To date, the babies don't grow into a child. I'm on level 35 and I've had the baby since the first day the update came out. Sims Freeplay is not following the normal story line of all of the other Sims games. It appears that we'll have to wait for another update before the baby may grow up. I would hope that they are working on that. My baby needs to grow up.
