Yes they do cause i played it (this answer is completely wrong) The correct answer is: NO, the babies don't grow up as of now in Sims Freeplay. I'm on level 35 and I've had the baby since the update has come out. Sims Freeplay is not following the normal story line. It looks as though we will have to wait for the next update. Hopefully the next update will include the baby growing up. Side note: To whomever wrote the top answer, if you've actually played it, you would know that the baby doesn't grow up at this point. So it's obvious that you haven't played it.
I don't think so. But maybe it just takes a long time? To date, the babies don't grow into a child. I'm on level 35 and I've had the baby since the first day the update came out. Sims Freeplay is not following the normal story line of all of the other Sims games. It appears that we'll have to wait for another update before the baby may grow up. I would hope that they are working on that. My baby needs to grow up.

You can't. You need them to pee in their diaper and then change it.
when they move out, they will enter The Clipboard (the place where the Sims are kept after you've made them but before you move them into a house. From there, you can move them into a new lot to play them.
There is no free play mode on The Sims 2 for PSP. The player is able to use the character to move around anywhere in the game, but must play the game's storyline to unlock different things.
