Bull sharks are found in and all around New Jersey. There have been multiple sightings, and are spotted more frequently during summer and fall. They are found mostly in warm shallow waters near the coasts and are known to be extremely aggressive. The average size is eight feet long and can also survive in brackish and freshwater.
Master Angler M. Eby was fishing for Suckers back in 2002 on the Swatara Creek in Hershey Pa, when he latched on to something big. Eby battled the beast for what seemed like hours, only thru his angling skill was he able to land the monsterous 12 foot Bull Shark. He called the Fish and Boat People, who came out and took the beast and told Eby not to say word and Bull Sharks do not exist in the Swatara Creek. I only know this because I was his bait boy during the encounter.
Yes there are many sharks in PA waters. Including the deadly white shark. I saw a Great White shark in the Brandywine River right near 52.

No just bull sharks.
I don't know if Bull Sharks eat Blue Whale, Because I've heard that (ironically) Blue Whales will eat sharks. But if a Bull Shark found a dead Blue Whale, that would be another story.
