Seaweed generally applies to the sessile species of algae such as the kelps or the species that form dense floating masses such as sargasso.

Clams are filter feeders. They do not eat seaweed. They eat plankton. They will ingest algae that is floating in the water as plankton but you would not call those planktonic algae "seaweed".

Yes, clams typically do eat krill. Also, whales, sponges, and manta- rays also tend to munch on krill from time to time.
