No cougar fossils have ever been found even in Asia but the tigers are different story. The caspian tiger (extinct nowadays) used to live around the caucasian mountains and the north side of these mountains is Europe which makes these tigers european. Well it's the very far south east edge of course...

∙ 12y agoYes. It probably lived in Europe many years ago until its habitat was lost( food became scarce) and many hunters overhunted their fur skin to trade with valuable products such as gold.
