No, if you arereferring to the kind that screw on to the coax before the cable reaches the TV. The setup menu of the DirecTV box has a place you can select or eliminate any channel from the TV.
it is written on the obijektív
Yes, except you won't get as many channels as cable.
They work better than balanced ones do.
That cable is specifically designed to double as a DVI/HDMI adapter, it will work.
It's not as simple as making a cable that fits. Digital audio cables and digital signals, both coaxial and optical, require a digital input. You need to convert the digital signal to analog to work with older receivers. These are available (Google Digital to Analog Converter or DA Converter). Just about every device that has a digital output will also have an analog stereo output, which will work with your old gear.
With digital phone, dialtone is fed from the modem to outside, where it feeds dialtone to all of the outlets in your home.
Yes, but if your cable company is no longer sending analog channels down the cable, it won't work without a digital converter box.
no why would it it records direct TV channels not cable channels you can get a Comcast cable DVR for only $10 a month
Comcast works just fine I don't know why they told you they can't. Comcast uses cable wiring not a satellite for digital cable so it doesn't matter which way your apt is facing. Direct tv on the other hand does use a satellite so they would not work. A company called time warner cable is also a possibility.
Yes. The Direct TV hookup is the box alone, from the box can come a cable, HDMI and even Composite outputs.
Only if the TV has a digital (ATSC) tuner. If it has an analog (NTSC) tuner only, it will not work with over-the-air digital broadcasts. In that case you'll need some sort of converter.
I am a cable dispatcher and have been for over 2 years. Mind you i work for a contracting company and not the cable company themselves. When i first started i was making 10$ an hour, now i make 12$. The larger company you work for, the more earning potental you have.
