To start this quest talk to Xiang on Lava Isle, I still haven't finished it yet but to get the dragon teeth Xiang asks you to get dragon teeth from the all the Volcanoes in the Lava Isle maze.
Share them? No. But if two people in a party are doing the same quest, they can complete it, simultaneously. Also, if one party member has the quest and the other lacks or has already completed it, the second can still help the first complete the quest; whether he/she has it or not.

If you've finished the final Companion's quest, Glory of the Dead, you can take Wuuthrad from the statue of Ysgrammor. It won't close any doors or anything, so you can still get in to the place where you can cure your lycanthropy.Hope this helps :)
