Not necessarily. There could be many different foods or items that could give you oily skin. I have struggled with oily skin for a few years now and haven't seen any improvement by eating differently... try to avoid oily foods or foods that are unhealthy for you partly to see if it helps your skin or also because it could just overall help you feel better! Oily skin could also be caused by a lack of moisture in the skin, causing the skin-glands to overproduce oil and make your skin more oily. I have found that the Clinique 3-Step Skin Type three (for oily skin) has done WONDERS for my oily skin! I have also worn make-up with oil-control, but if you do this, remove it correctly at night. Just because you use a "facial cleaner/cleanser" does NOT mean it is getting deep enough to remove make-up, and this can cause acne. Use an actual make-up remover. (Again, I use Clinique, and it's great! I can feel the make-up being gone as a I clean!). Don't use just any lotion for oily skin. Make sure that the lotion does not include extra oil (oil-free) and also, gels are great for oily skin. Regular lotions can actually cause more oil but gels are great! Hopefully this helps!

Yes it does because if you eat foods that are saturated with sugars, oils, and fats(bad fats), then it will cause your face to break out.
