You may be thinking of the betta fish, also known as the Siamese fighting fish. They don't give birth out of their mouths. The male scoops up the eggs into his mouth after the female lays the eggs, then spits them into a bubblenest he has built for them. The eggs hatch in this nest.

The Gastric Brooding Frog does. Unfortunately, there are so little of them that they are extinct in the wild. The only species there are are in captivity.

No. Snakes have an opening on their undersides at the base of the tail called a cloaca though which they will give birth or lay eggs depending on the species.
