∙ 11y agoNo, all frogs and toads are carnivores; which means that they eat meat. What frogs do use water lilies, or lily pads, for is this. When a tiny frog has just finished metamorphosing into a frog, sometimes these froglets have a hard time getting out of the water and they use the water lily to help them with that.
