no fish do not eat waterlilies.

That is wrong. Koi DO eat water lillies. It takes about two weeks for them to eat an average size plant all the way to the dirt. This information can be verified very easily on the internet from many,many sources.

No, all frogs and toads are carnivores; which means that they eat meat. What frogs do use water lilies, or lily pads, for is this. When a tiny frog has just finished metamorphosing into a frog, sometimes these froglets have a hard time getting out of the water and they use the water lily to help them with that.

No they don't. They are aquatic animals and flowers are land based. In the wild they would never intersect so no fish do not eat flowers.
