I would not recommend you feeding your gecko black ants.. You do not know where they have been and they may have pesticides on them that can cause the gecko to get sick... Stick to crickets or mealworms
Ants are not something breeders provide for their pets, these insects are barely even seen, and if they are spotted the gecko will most likely have to grab a mouthfull of substrate to grab the insect. This can cause Impaction and kill your pet.
Ants are also probably coming from outside, where they are most likely living in a polluted area with germs and bacteria.
Geckos are able to eat ants but i doubt they would want to due to their small size.
they can eat alive ants if there is nothing to eat
yes ants
As a rule, yes the spray is likely to harm or even kill geckos if it gets onto them or even if they walk over it or eat insects that get the spray onto themselves. It is better to use a suitable kind of ant bait; it takes longer to work, but it works better and lasts longer. And it does not kill geckos and the like.
No - geckos are exclusively carnivores !
Geckos mostly eat small insects and bugs like crickets.

most can, leopard geckos, bearded dragons, crested geckos...
I have had a huge ant infestation this summer in Australia and whereas I used to have many geckos in every room now I am lucky to find one in each room. I have been wondering where all my geckos have gone because for the first time in many years I am being bitten by mosquitos. Usually there are geckos on every window at night but lately there are none. Hope this helps.
An ant would not eat a slug because it is too big for an ant to eat.
No
A spider could eat an ant
No.. because geckos eat insects and plants... so they are an omnivore.
