Ghosts can choose to stay on earth. Some might have some unfinished business or they want to stay with their loved ones. To see ghosts it depends if you have the gift to see them.

I believe your question is; "Do GHOSTS exist?" That is debatable. I have not seen any ghosts, but i believe in the possibility that they exist. And there are videos of unexplained phenomena that support my claim. Although I think most of the visible ones are fake. One theory: Ghosts are those who have unfinished business on earth, or are rejected by both heaven (not good enough) and hell (not bad enough)
