Just because a girl is pretty doesn't mean she's heartless. Like any group, the beautiful people can either be vain to running a fine line of being pure obnoxious, but the up side is, there are some pretty girls out there with a good brain and heart. If you love someone it doesn't matter if there is a physical disability. Put into context: What if you married someone that had no disabilities, but they were unfortunate enough (like the war years that are still going on to this day) and they came back with a disability. Would a good-hearted woman that really loves her man turn her back on him? NO!!!!!!! I married my husband for "better or worse" and we are in our early 60s. We know our health could fade at anytime, and not once in our 33 years of marriage did I ever entertain the thought of every being away from my husband on a permanent basis. We have seen each other through illness' and I am sure there is much more we will be going through. That's what makes a relationship strong. NEVER be afraid to ask anyone out and if you get a "no" don't take it personally, because even guys (or gals) without disabilities can get the almighty "no." Please remember "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." I have friends with plain looking husbands or wives and they are terrific. I have friends with good looking partners and most are great people, others are split up because of their sheer vanity. Sometimes we have a partner that we think is the prettiest woman on earth or the handsomest guy in the world, but others may not see this. If the soul isn't there the beauty doesn't show! It's the soul that counts! Good luck Marcy

Not all guys do. Many guys who go for pretty girls will only date them for their looks and not see their personality, that's why many pretty girls have problems finding someone who really loves them. Most guys however don't care much about looks when it comes to a serious relationship.

There is no specific place for kids with disabilities, since most kids with disabilities are cared for within their own homes etc... Schools' have "special needs/learning support" departments, some kids may receive "respite care" etc... but there is no "catch-all" term for a place for kids with disabilities.
