Since there aren't any nanobots yet, there aren't any in our bodies, so no need to remove what was never there in the first place. Come back in a few years time.
They aren't, and probably won't be for quite some years. We can't make them yet.
At this point in history, humans do not yet have nanobots. However, the day is soon coming when we will have some type of nanomachine operating in our systems.
We do not have the technology at present to be able to replace all organs of the body except the brain, nor do we have nanobots capable of working reliably within the human body. So the answer is no, for the foreseeable future.Another answer:Perhaps it will not be all that far in the future. We do have replacement joints, heart pacemakers and other technology now. The problem with living longer, is that the mind and whether it can be kept young to match.

Nanobots, could be installed to human body, connect almost every cells in our body (especially brain). Then, when you want to learn (for example) French, you can just download and install the program in your body through those nanobots, then.. you can speak French that time. The idea was simple, in the past people tend to replace human b robot, because robot can think faster than man, but later they change the idea. Now they´re working on ¨how can we make human think as fast as robot¨. That´s the beginning of our future More explanation? Source? http://future.wikia.com
Today, and in foreseeable future - not at all.

There hasn't been an episode with nanobots yet, but it will probably happen eventually since it's in the theme song.

In the human body iron is stored in the red blood vessels.
Nanobots can carefully scan the structure of our brain, providing a complete readout of the connections between each neuron. They would also record the current state of the brain.
go away
No, as they do not have all Human body parts
