Yes.

Female kangaroos take care of the young joeys for between six and nine months, depending on the species of kangaroo. She will allow the older joey to return to suckle until about the age of twelve months.

The male has no part in raising the joeys.

Yes.

Kangaroos are marsupials. This means they are mammals that have a pouch. This pouch is just a modified flap of skin that covers the nipples, and protects the baby while it develops.

When the baby kangaroo is ready to be born, it crawls into the pouch. Here it drinks milk and has time to develop. It may stay in the pouch for up to 190 days, after which it is capable of leaving.

Many joeys take months to finally leave their mother's pouch, even after full development. At first they may simply poke their head out until they have the courage to leave, only a few hours at a time. During this transition they would have learned how to eat adult food (mostly grasses). They finally leave their mother's pouch after about 235 days. Since adult female kangaroos can beperpetually pregnant, the young-adult kangaroo would be on its own at this stage in its life.

Does the sea turtle father or mother get babies their food?

Neither. The parents do not help the young. All they do is lay the eggs, cover it up as much as they can, and leave. When the babies hatch from their underground eggs, they crawl to the ocean as fast as they can. Seagulls and sand crabs kill and eat as many as they can catch. The parents help them in no way, so they have to fend for themselves.

Single and group of animals?

It depends on what type of animals you are talking about. Hamsters (girl and boy) mate and have babies, BUT after the babies have been born, the father must be separated from the children and mother because soon the father will start to eat the babies and we do not want that. The baby hamster would not have a long life and the hamster is bad for the fathers intestint. If this answers your question, leave a message on my message board explaining if it does or does not answer your question and I will try to help you in any way I can.

How do you care for babies?

It is very hard to care for babies. You must give them food, warmth, attention and company. You can't take your eye of them or else there will be trouble. You also have to pay a lot of money for a crib, food, clothes, nappies, bottles, dummies, prams and also toys. Babies could never live without toys to amuse them. If you have a job you have to hire a good babysitter. It is good if your partner or the father/mother is there to help but you definitely need help from someone,
