No, not all children go to school, for many different reasons. Firstly, the parents might not be able to afford the costs of school. There may not be enough room for the child in a school, or supplies. If there is a teenage girl child, she may not be able to go if she's getting her period. Therefore no, not all children have the privelage of going to school.

Yes, a lot of kenyans run to school as kids, but some kenyans also walk, bike, or they live right next to the school. Their are very few cars or buses that can transport kenyans to school so they have no option but to travel on foot. This is why kenyans dominate long distance running because they built up their endurance running to and from school in their childhood. Some of these kenyans include Paul Tergat, Wilson Kipketer, and a lot of other well known kenyan runners.

Yes of course they do....but I am almost sure they have to pay for education...they don't have to pay for primary school but it is unknown unless your kenyan wether of not your pay for secondary school of even if they have secondary schools. hope that answered your question (a)
