However, it should be noted that, with the availability of multi-coloured finished for firearms such as Duracoat, Cerakote, and Gun-Kote, the presence of orange on a firearm will no longer mean that it is automatically treated like it isn't a real firearm, and law enforcement officers will err on the side of caution when they see one, and presume it to be an actual firearm until they themselves verify otherwise.

∙ 13y agoYes, they do have an orange tip. I bought an CYMA M14 032 from hitguns.com. Although it did not show it online it had an orange tip when I received it a few months ago.

Orange tips are only required on AirSoft guns and rifles. The Talon is a PCP rifle and and will never be required to have a marker tip that would misidentify it as an AirSoft gun. The Talon SS is in the high end of air gun firearms. that require 3,000 PSi to fire a .22 caliber projectile. Labeling it as an AirSoft gun could result in serious injury or death it someone might think it is Okay to point it at someone else and pulled the trigger, thinking it was a low powered AirSoft gun.
